Director Hardy has 17 years of experience in education and 7 years in high-level business roles. His diverse background includes: 

• Teaching grades 4-12, 15 years, at four different school districts in Utah.

• Administrator at two school districts, including Assistant Principal at a Jr. High school of 800 students.

• 23 teaching awards for his work in education before being invited to the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and creating a program still used today, that teaches students how to invest in stocks. 

• The Outstanding Educator Praise Award in 2010.

• 9+ years with the State of Utah as a volunteer supporting foster children in the custody of the State.

• Trained 12 student teachers during his career, most of whom are currently teaching.

• Developed and delivered education curriculums abroad in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and the Sydney English College in Bandung, Indonesia.

• In 2016, transitioned from education to business, hired by the largest multi-continental shipping corporation in the world.

• in 2020, achieved top recognition ranking within the top 6% of executives globally in a Fortune 50 company.  

• Successfully launched two online education platform businesses.

• MBA, Westminster University, M.Ed., University of Utah, MA and BS from Weber State University. 

• Husband and Father of 8 awesome kids! 3 children in elementary school and 5 children in college ranging from Medical School in Alabama, King's College in London, and BYU.
